we hope we can answer all your questions here!

How does Lily's Loaf work?

Every Tuesday and Friday, Lily wakes up at the crack of dawn and bakes to order fresh sourdough, pastries, cookies & everything she's prepared the day before in her micro bakery.

She then packages up all orders and loads them into our cargo bike. Then it's time for her delivery team to cycle your order to your door. If you aren't in, we'll leave your order in a safe space or on your doorstep.

Where does Lily's Loaf deliver to?

We currently deliver in South London to the following postcodes.

SW12, SW16, SW17, SW2, SW18, SW4

Do I have to be in when you deliver?

Not at all – when you order, we ask you to add any delivery notes and where you'd like your order to be left if you're not in.

What time will you be delivering?

We send out ext messages and confirmation emails once en route and will be out delivering from 8am-1pm. Due to inevitable London traffic and as our route changes every week, it means we aren't able to guarantee specific delivery times. It's not a problem, though as you won't need to be in when we deliver! We'll leave your Lily's Loaf order in your designated safe place ready for you to pick them up when you return home!

Can I set up a weekly subscription?

Absolutely! When you have chosen your loaf of bread, or even box of cookies, you can choose to order a weekly delivery when you check out.

Can I pause my subscription when I'm on holiday?

Yes! Please contact to pause your subscription and you will have the option to ask for a refund or donate your loaf to the local food bank in Streatham. Please just give us a few day's notice.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! Please email to cancel if you so wish.

Is your packaging eco-friendly & sustainable?

Yes! We're proud to say all our packaging can be recycled and is made from recycled materials too.

How can I get in touch?

Please email for any queries you may have, she's always here to help and make sure you're happy with your order!
