Grown, picked & cold pressed in Zakros, Crete, this is probably one of the best olive oils I have ever tried (and I adore olive oil so you can take my word for it!). I admire Two Fields' dedication to the craft, to their regenerative farming practises and their whole approach to give back to the soil and trees that provide them with such beautiful olives... I love to enjoy their olive oil simply with my fresh sourdough, drizzled over pasta or grilled vegetables; it is truly a delight.
